Speaker: Karolina Sienkiewicz
Karolina Sienkiewicz - Software Engineer at Center for Public Health Genomics, University of Virginia, investigating new methods of multi-omic data integration with nonnegative matrix factorization and molecular subtyping. She graduated at the University of Warsaw, where, as a part of the Regulatory Genomics group, she developed genomic data visualization methods for reproducible science. She also has experience in working as a medical software developer and programming instructor. Currently, one of the organizers of NGSchool, NGSeminars and coordinator of Virtual NGSymposium.
